The process took about one month. The first stage was an online application with some competency based questions. The second step was one numerical and one inductive online test. Then, there was a telephone interview which took about an hour. There was competency based. The interviewer was very friendly. Then, there was the assessment centre. It took about 5 hours in total. It consisted of a group exercise, a case study presentation which I was given one week in advance and an one-to-one interview. I was informed about the outcome through a phone-call and I was given full feedback about my performance.
