Applied through the web site. After the first CV screen was asked to complete a behavior test about some common case which can happen inside the company. The next step was a very relaxing and nice telephone interview where they ask you to answer to some common questions such as: "Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?" or "Tell me an example where you find yourself to take a difficult decision and explain the consequence of it". The final step is a day in an Assessment Center, where they ask you to participate in a group exercise and to do a one-to-one interview with one of their manager. When you are successful at the telephone interview they assign a case study to solve and to present it at the Assessment Day during the one-to-one interview.

The group exercise is difficult if you are not very proficient in business cases, especially if the other people participating have undergone business related studies. During the one-to-one interview they look especially how you present your ideas, and if you are enough clear or not.
