Trois entretiens très enrichissants avec des collaborateurs d'un excellent niveau. Les associés sont très pédagogue, à l'écoute, et constructifs. L'objectif des entretiens est de bien cerné le projet professionnel du candidat, sa vision du marché et sa valeur ajoutée dans l'équipe

the process was fine. It was 3 separate interviews with different people at VP/Partner and senior Director level. All the questions were reasonable and it was a nice conversation with some give and take

Sehr kurzfristige Terminierung, freundliche/angenehme Atmosphäre, gute Vorbereitung seitens der Interviewer, zeitnahe Rückmeldung zum weiteren Verlauf, haben überzeugt und sich bemüht, ohne falsche Versprechungen zu machen, insgesamt vorbildlicher Verlauf mit guter Kommunikation und nahezu keinen Liegezeiten, Ansprechpartner auch zwischen den Interviews jederzeit gut erreichbar
