The process consists of 3 steps. The first is a phone screening with HR, and then you have a longer interview with a line manager before another short interview with a director. The whole process is actually quite quick, about 3 weeks. The interview with the manager lasted about 45 minutes and there was no business case presented, just behavioral fit and motivation, if you are applying for a specific sector I would advise to gather some information about it before the interview as it will give you some extra points.

Erste Rückmeldung mit einer Einladung zu einem Telefoninterview kam innerhalb einer Woche. Das Telefoninterview war mit einem Senior Consultant und an sich sehr angenehm. Ca. 30 Minuten Fragen zum Lebenslauf, Motivation und personal Fit. Danach ein kleiner Case ca.25 Minuten und zum Abschluss Zeit für meine Fragen. Sehr angenehmes Interview. Zusage kam direkt am nächsten Tag, ohne dass ich mich vor Ort noch einmal vorstellen musste.
