From the word go I could sense something was wrong. The interviewer was incredibly rude and condescending. She told me she wasn't interested in my CV as my experience was irrelevant and then fixated for 20 minutes on why I wanted to leave my current company. There were no technical, competency or any other questions asked. Except why I wanted to leave my current company, after repeated discussions on the subject she told me my values didn't align with the company and terminated the interview.
Processus très fluide, screening HR suivi de deux appels/vidéo avec deux consultants senior de l'équipe, et une interview finale avec le hiring manager.
Je recommande vivement Capgemini Invent dont le processus d'interview est bien rôdé.

Applied through a recruiter. Some questions were a bit strange such as your biggest failure in your career. Also when I was talking about the company as I did quite a bit of research the interviewer wasn’t so interested and said something along the lines of ‘this is all on our website, what makes us different?’. He just seemed arrogant from the start so I knew going forward it wouldn’t be so great. I could just tell they say they are collaborative but it seems they work long hours and can be quite rude and arrogant.
