Globalement, le process est assez fluide et se fait en plusieurs échanges. On commence par un entretien RH, plutôt un premier contact. L’idée est surtout de comprendre ton parcours, ce qui te motive à rejoindre Capgemini Invent et de voir si le courant passe, autant côté candidat que côté cabinet. Ensuite, il y a une étude de cas avec un Directeur. C’est un moment important, mais l’échange reste assez interactif. On attend surtout une capacité à structurer, à prendre du recul et à montrer une posture de Manager, plus que d’avoir “la bonne réponse”. Après ça, tu as un entretien métier avec un autre Directeur, souvent plus concret. On parle beaucoup de tes expériences, de ton rôle sur les missions, de management d’équipe, de relation client. C’est généralement un échange assez naturel, proche de la réalité du terrain. Enfin, le process se termine par un closing avec un Partner. C’est plus une discussion de fond : vision, ambitions, projection dans le cabinet. L’objectif est de valider l’alignement mutuel et de se projeter sur la suite. Dans l’ensemble, le process est exigeant mais plutôt bienveillant, avec beaucoup d’échanges et peu de “pièges”.

As im an immediate joiner , there is only one technical round and HR. After onboarding i had client round for project. Interview was about 45mins technical discussion and overall process took for offer in just 1 week

First stage filter with recruitment. Quite slow but relatively logical and easy. First competency interview with Senior Manager as you'd expect. General "tell me about a time..." type questions and also sector knowledge confirmation. Very friendly and positive. Final stage interview involved giving a presentation and follow up competency and motivation questions from a Partner and a VP. I'm not sure whether it was intentional 'good cop/bad cop' but one was very pleasant and one was very rude. Essentially railroaded the interview into talking about himself and sharing his unflattering opinion of my last employer. Didn't really get chance to speak for an hour - at the end of which they said they'd like to offer a job as a Senior Consultant - essentially halving the package I'd asked for. I declined.
