Had a great 30-minute behavioral interview with some technical questions mixed in. The interviewers were really kind and welcoming, and the whole process felt smooth, straightforward, and well-organized from start to finish.

Felt like a normal conversation. Asked to describe a little about yourself, why capital automotive, what you like about working for your employers and answer questions about your resume. I had one interviewer for the first round.
