They make you do an IQ test (3 hours) before the interview. Interview is with the MD himself, but surprisingly they arranged it on a Saturday.

Nothing too difficult, but the company does have "weird" policies (no mobile phone in office, only use of Chinese name) as illustrated by employee reviews.
