You apply and then are given an assessment to take from home. The assessment is a virtual interview where you answer standard Behavorial questions. From there if you are selected to move forward you will be invited to an interview with the hiring manager and someone from HR. Interview is pretty normal again they ask you things that would encourage you to speak as to your previous and experience and why they should hire you. If you're selected you hear within a week or two with an offer letter.
