I applied for the summer associate program. They are extremely helpful and accommodating. I applied online, easy, they responded within 2 weeks. Had a hirvue interview, simple behavioral questions. Then 2 weeks later a video interview, super short, more behavioral questions. Invited to super day. They have the day before a mixer for people that flew in. Make sure to attend, ppl that might be interviewing you might be there. Super day is back to back to back interviews. All the interviewers are rooting for you, not exactly softball interview questions (all behavioral) but genuinely want to get to know you. I had such a good time with the last interviewer we spoke for an additional 15 mins. Bring your A game and be yourself. The compensation is competative. I turned down Goldman Sachs for CG.

Three rounds of interviews, including a phone interview with HR, a virtual one-sided interview, and a super day onsite. The onsite consisted of 3 separate interviews of hour each and a dinner the night before.
