2 rounds of phone interviews and then a final round of Super Day. First round is very easy - phone screening where they want to get a feel for your personality, how you work with others, etc. Second round phone interview will be with a research analyst. It all depends on who interviews you. If you have someone nice and who is interested in their job then the interview will be a piece of cake. My second round I did not get so lucky. Had a rude analyst who made the interview awkward.
