There are 3 interview stages after initial submission of Resume and Cover Letter namely pre recorded interview, phone interview and video interview. The pre recorded interview is on a platform similar to Hirevue with basic questions about the company and situational questions. The phone interview involved walking through my resume expanding on each section in detail.
