Initially it was a phone interview, followed by series of in-person interviews. All the people were very professional, great environment. Asked about motivation to work in the field and work for the company. Which other companies applied to, asked lot of questions from the resume and choices made in past. Great company to work for.

Tell us about a situation where your boss was putting pressure for unrealistic goals, how did you handle the situation?
It would have been a long interview process but I had trouble communicating with the HR coordinator and there was quite a big mix up for one of the interview rounds
Normal interview questions and over view of background info. Three rounds of interviewers with different groups of people back to back. Nothing stood out in the whole interview process. Overall your normal interview
Usual background questions and questions on modelling skills with a member of the relevant team - was done over Zoom. Structure appears to be quite flat with reporting into the head of each team.
