To do well, be prepared to explain how your current extracurriculars and work experience connect to investing. CAP may be framed as an opportunity for individuals across backgrounds to become trained investors, but they are definitely looking for prior experience.

Mostly fit questions - nothing particular of technicals.
Overall, it was pleasant experiences. Interviewers were nice and proactive as well.
