I was initially contacted by the company's recruiter and had five rounds of interviews including 1 take-home assignment. The recruiter kept rescheduling the interviews just hours before the original scheduled time. At the end they told me they want to reschedule the final stage a day before without any timeslots, then I never heard back from them after that,
I felt disrespected and the process was not pleasing due to all the rescheduling and then the ghosting after 5 rounds of interviews, otherwise the interviewers are great and friendly.

Walk me through your CV. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
The interview process was made up of a series of panel and individual interviewers. The process was great, interviewers were friendly and didn’t try to catch you out but rather wanted to help you shine.

After multiple rounds of interviews consisting of about 5 hours total, the recruiter has ghosted me. I completed my last interview 3 weeks ago and I’ve reached out twice for a follow up. I assumed after 5 hours spent the recruiter could at least send an email or some sort of response, even an automated one would be fine.

The interview is pretty well organised, three to four rounds, and each round has one or two people, depending on seniority. The HR is pretty efficient and communicates results very soon.
