1. Telephonice round with recruiter . 2 . Technical interview 3. Hr round . Interviewer was very professional and understanding . I felt USA cluture vibes here throughout my interaction . My observation - ** Most of the time they hire to resell you so i assume you might have to go through multiple Interviews even after joining as 70% of their revenue comes from selling dedicated resources . ** Hr manager was very polite and she can read you mentally , they reject with a feedback which is very nice among other kolkata based companies .
