After submitting the application, I was then contacted via email to take an assessment. Once the assessment was completed I was contacted by the HR recruiter. I then took an additional assessment and was finally offered an interview. I was interviewed by the following three individuals Supervisor, Dept. Manager, and Senior Manager. Pretty typical interview questions.

The interview was an hour long. The first thirty minutes consisted of a phone interview with specific questions concerning the position. The second half of the interview was a face to face interview with general questions about character and how the incumbent solves problems/conflicts in the workplace.
