I posted for the position in May of 2010. I got a call from a recruiter in July of 2010. Got my first interview right away, and came back the next week to interview with the Regional Executive, in July. Did not hear back from Capital One regarding position until end of September 2010, even with numerous follow ups. Accepted offer in Oct of 2010.
