I talked to a recruiter at the career fair and gave him my resume. After applying through my school's job portal, I was selected for an interview on campus. There are three interviewers: one behavioral, one technical, and one case. I got a call that same evening and they told me I got the offer.

An HR Screen with Talent Associate, then a 1-hour technical interview with the team lead, and finally a 1-hour behavioral interview with the hiring manager. Use the STAR method in your behavioral and make sure to not be afraid and throw ideas out during the technical interview.
