It was a standard interview process. 3 rounds of interviews: Behavioral, Case, and Technical. Nothing was unexpected and was exactly like they said it was. The case round was something new for me and the most difficult aspect of the process (for me). I kept getting stuck on certain aspects and had trouble getting the correct answer.

For a senior manager position, the interviews were leaning more towards hand-on coding than average. Definitely need to brush up on coding skills if you want to do well on these EM interviews. There was also a design system question on virtual credit cards.
