The interview process took about 1 month to complete. 1) two personality online tests. I passed. 2) phone interview. 3) 2 behavioral interviews. I passed those too. 4) 1 behavioral interview and a job fit interview. After having completed 5 interviews and 2 online tests, I was told that I just didn't score high enough to get the job. Although the behavioral interviews were simple and easy, the job fit interview was NOT. The hiring manager was disinterested, didn't ask me any questions about the job, just more behavioral questions and finally ran out of the room once she was done asking questions. She just didn't seem at all interested in even giving me a chance to ask any questions about the job. Overall a very long process.
