The biggest suprise was the lack of coordination between HR and the office visit with personal/group interviews. I was passed off from one person to another, as if they had not known I was going to be there and were unaware that they would be interviewing me. It showed a lot of disorganization with the actual hirign process.

Why was I leaving my last job and in seach of employment with Capital One. ( I've never defined myself by my work as most Americans tend to do.. rather I gravitate toward quality relationships) My change in employment and location was, so that, I could provide some level of care to a medically complicated relative.
3 stage interview process, one behavioral, two cases. Last round was super difficult with a lot of multi stage complicated math problems. This is said to be specific to Canada only

Three rounds of interview. One telephonic and rest in person. Mostly behavioral and aptitude based. Questions were from resume and past experience. Very interactive. Each round was 45 mins. Case studies were also present in one round
