There were breaks in between.
The interview was face to face with several interviewees. The first portion was with 2 interviewees and you went thorough scenarios of real world scrum practices and exercises. The next interview was by a potential hiring manager. Lunch was provided. The interview day ended with one last interview and a tour of the building.

The interview process was not rigorous or hectic. I had the first with my recruiter, then the second interview phase with the consulting manager. After which I was scheduled for the third interview stage with the Capital One team.
