Got contacted by their talent team based on my experience. After an initial conversation I applied for the position. Following this I was asked to complete a tech assessment which was writing code to solve algorithm based tasks. Having passed the tech assessment I was scheduled for a power day where I completed four interviews. Two DevOp related, one case review and a finally a behavioral. Within a 24 hours I received confirmation that I would be receiving an offer. After a holiday weekend I had a meet and greet with team members before getting a formal offer the same day. The whole process was fast and efficient compared to the lengthy process I’ve had to endure.
