Simple application process apply with CV, then complete numerical and verbal reasoning assessments then I was invited to do the video interview which was 6 questions one motivational, one situational and the rest were communicating a numerical problem.

Initial online assessment comprising of business case questions with a lot of red herrings, followed by a mini case and buddy call. Mini case was on profitability and interviewer led.

First, I completed a one way interview conducted through HireVue, where I recorded responses to preset questions, and then I proceeded to an actual interview with a recruiter, which allowed for a more interactive conversation about my experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
