recruiter screening and then a case study that is pretty standard and not too hard, and then a 4 panel interview. The 4 panel interview is hard. The math questions are not what they share in the packet with you and are more advanced. The main thing really is the person interviewing you, after reading all the other interview feedbacks on glassdoor, it appears there is this same one person who is completely out of touch with empathy and could be a big barrier for you landing the job due to her personality, mood, and lack of judgement. Overall, prepare a lot. I did want to work here and was fully prepared but some things are out of your hand.

Calculate the possible breakeven if all these new factors are now added into the equation.
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.

Interview had 4 rounds: assessment, recruiter, hiring manager, and Power Day. The Power day was 4 30 min interview sessions with other managers. It was pretty straight forward, just prepare some STAR based experiences.
Interview process included a first round HR screen, a second round mini case study, and a power day final round followed by a team match. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process
