- Case1 Background: A wholesale store extremely similar to Costco requires customers to use a membership to make purchases. The store also has a food court, and the prices for food items there are much lower than the market price. The hot dog & soda combo is especially popular. Both members and non-members are allowed to make purchases at the food court.
Q1: Based on the given info, calculate how much money the store loses each year. Cost of product combo is $1.5, the market price of each is $5, the annual unit sale is 2million, the predicted annual sale is 750,000.
Q2: (Additional conditions were provided) If we want to offset the loss from selling the combo (break even), how many total customers would be needed?
- Case2 Background: eyewear brand (an old case)
Questions include: profit calculation? how does change in customer distribution impact profit? How do we promote our brand besides traditional advertising? What's the eyewear market size?

First, Screening call: the HR simply walked you thru the interview process and schedule the next round of interview - mini-case. I haven't done the mini case yet. Mini case, just search online for potential cases and prepare for it.
