Power Day for product manager (Senior Or Manager Level) is very difficult and stressful without the correct preparation. It consists of Product Skills, Case 1, Case 2, Product Discovery (fun way to end) the 4 hour process.

Must angled questions of my Product Experience, difficult case studies to understand, but math is fairly simple. Just requires the correct case studies to practice.
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.

Interview had 4 rounds: assessment, recruiter, hiring manager, and Power Day. The Power day was 4 30 min interview sessions with other managers. It was pretty straight forward, just prepare some STAR based experiences.
Interview process included a first round HR screen, a second round mini case study, and a power day final round followed by a team match. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process
