I applied online, and was sent a couple timed tests to complete online. I passed those and was invited to the final round interview in Richmond. The day consisted of two case study interviews, and one behavorial interview. I had a case on a ferry boat, and a case involving the credit card business. My advice would be to just relax (if possible) during the case studies. I unfortunately tried to study particular formulas the night before that I may need to do the cases. If I would have just used my normal math intuition, I believe I would have aced the interviews. Instead, I figured I would need to use complicated formulas, and I tried to do so, and they were wrong. My advice for the case interviews is to make sure you know how to do a break-even, and be able to solve for different variables. Do not waste your time trying to study/use complicated business formulas like I did.
