OA was standard codesignal, superday had 3 parts: technical, behavioral case, technical was OOP style easy, behavioral was very standard, case was also very open ended and interviewer lead. technical had to know how to use a heap and optimized the performance with the interviewer
Data structures coding , less algorithm.
Mostly cares about communication , less implementation.
Case study - involved bug squashing (easy to fix) and was asked couple of design choice questions.

Behavioral + Technical Case + Technical Interview. Technical Case unique to Capital One, code review + possibly writing your own code. Technical Interview involved input + parsing and OOP. Behavioral 3 STAR questions, doesn't take up the whole hour.
