Fill out a handbook, then I got put on a hire view that is remote with the owner talking about behavioral questions. QUestions was why private equity and why caprae capital
The interview was held over a live call, with one of the partners asking a few questions over a 20 minute period. Was pretty informal, not technical at all, so it was a pretty easy interview, and he told me that I passed at the end of the call.
