Very thorough. Very good, yet not intimidating. I applied online and was contacted within a few days. The interview took place a few days later. The background checks took about 4-5 days to complete so the overall process was roughly 2 weeks.

My interview process was pretty laid back. No issues or concerns, basic question and answer session. Salary was not really negotiable though.
