Stay away from this company. I got an offer to which I agreed. The HR kept delaying the offer letter for about 2 weeks. We were connected on whatsapp and I was being given one reason after another for the delay. After 2 weeks I called the HR and they told me they have decided to go with a different candidate since they were available for less money. I would'n't even be surprised if they revoked offer letter after giving the final offer over email.
