Before the interview with the RVP, there is also a written exercise, to validate communication skills and ability to complete reports. The last interview is always the hardest, but one or more of these may be done via skype. You must dress professional but fashionable.

I talked to recruiter over the phone first. Then I had an interview through SKYPE with the same recruiter. After that, I had another interview through SKYPE with the DM and lastly a SKYPE interview with the Senior Director of stores.
