Very formal. Interviewers seemed tired. Questions weren’t outrageously left of field but if you don’t revise it will show. They do not pretend to be impressed by your answer if they are not.

First step- send CV
Second step - video recorded interview (4 Questions), 3 minutes to attempt to answer each question with only 2 attempts. Outdated webpage for the recordings but very straightforward to use. Questions relevant to the role.
Third stage - Video interview with two members of the firm (i had a solicitor & Partner).
