Two stages of interviews. One by HR rep and the next by the CEO. Both phone interviews. First was to get a feel of the comfortability with the job and the job description. The second was the CEO really getting to know you and what you were looking for in employment. Whether you were willing to relocate. Golf experience. Sales experience.
