The interview process was 3 1:1 calls with 3 different people in the company. Personally, I found the process quick, smooth, and very pleasant. I really enjoyed all of the 3 interviews, it felt natural and interesting. They provide good documentation which describes the way they are organized and how they work, and I found that extremely useful because it gave me a good picture of them. They have an internal recruiter (who is great) something that I believe helps a lot, especially in the communication and rapid feedback. You will always know where you are in the process which is absolutely great these days. People at Captify clearly care about their hiring process, and they have made an effort to make it a good experience for candidates.
