The interview questions were standard questions you might find online. The interviewer got straight to the point and concluded by telling me she’d like to hire me and that a urine sample would be required. It all took about 10 minutes.

It is a two step process that lasts about two hours. First part you are taken to be tested on typed and verbal dictation. They evaluate your score and then you will be seen by one of the managers to go through a formal interview. Background check and drug testing is required.

To get the interview you must pass two tests prior, a typing test (at least 40 WPM) and the audio dictation test. There's a male voice and a female voice and you get two practice takes. If you do well on both, you get the interview & if you successfully pass the interview you are given information for drug test and background checks. Good luck and be sure to study for the audio test!
