Applied online, did an interview with the hiring manager. I didn't get to expand upon my skillset because the interview questions weren't prepared for a holistic assessment. The interviewer was looking for experience with specific methodologies that I did not have. I got ghosted after this interview.

A video interview, then subsequently ghosted. Totally unprofessional process reflective of their lack of any real HR. Treating quality candidates with out respect is a good way to ruin a startup company.
