Standard. Submit a resume, then HR reviews it. Then a phone interview with HR. They then review your answers and then call to schedule an appointment with the department manager of the position you're interviewing for. After that interview, it takes 2-3 weeks to get an answer on whether or not they are looking to extend you an offer.
