CarMax nicely paid for travel to Richmond. I was interviewed by group of current Employees, the questions were mostly simple technical and behavioral questions. I didn't get a response for about 4 months.

The interview was a 2 on 1. They asked me a couple of questions about myself and I was able to ask them some questions about the position. The interview was really relaxed and easy going.
