Asked right questions for the job, also when I asked a question they had a clear answer for me, at the end of the first interview I didn’t had any doubts about the job and the career opportunity that I would be getting here with carmax
The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.

You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.

There are 3 interviews to be completed individually with 3 different supervisors. If you make it passed those three, you are offered the job the same day. They are pretty much basic interview questions relating to customer service.
