Was cold-called by internal recruiter...who set up a 30 minute screen. That was a relaxed chat...ending with, "just apply formally and I'll get you to the next step.." Recruiter name-dropped a well-known product guru repeatedly (lionized author of PM books). Application was handled by their Workday instance...which routed me through a 30 minute+ 'assessment' (personality test) and a visual logic test (another 15+ minutes). These assessments were poorly explained, unexpected (I thought I was just dropping off a resume) and of dubious value for a leadership position in product management. The experience itself was a depressing example of crappy UI. Emailed recruiter to withdraw.
