Their interview process is absolutely ridiculous. This position is meant for recent college graduates with no prior work experience. After sending in your application, if your resume is good enough, they’ll send you an online assessment to complete. The assessment was very math heavy and used outdated looking graphics. If you get a good enough score from that, they ask you to do a *phone* case interview. It has always been over the one regardless of covid. For the case interview, they send you a link to a YouTube video of a sample case and purpose of the case interview. They also give your contact info to a random analyst that works there who sets up a phone call prior to the case interview to help make you comfortable. They will also send you a PowerPoint (if you ask) of relevant math concepts they will test in the case. The YouTube video does not help as it’s way too easy. The actual phone case interview was awful. They spit sentences at you for 5 minutes and there ends up being 4 possible scenarios you have to keep track of in your notes. It’s impossible to write down info, clarify everything, and then figure out the correct math. My interviewer asked me behavioral questions in the beginning and had the personality of a thumb. Asked him his favorite part about working here, and he said I don’t know. He almost laughed during my case interview because I was so overwhelmed. The next and final round would have been a super day consisting of some cases, behavioral, and I think I heard something about an algorithm. They said they had no idea when the job starts either. Absolute mess of a company that thinks they’re God. This process is way too intense for someone finishing up their college career and hasn’t been a business analyst before. I’m 99% sure the job would never have some tell you a complex word problem over the phone with no visuals. Do NOT apply to this company. Waste of time (unless you’re a genius). They do not care about anything except you doing math on the fly. Personality and resume doesn’t matter.

I applied for the position online and later got the reach out from HR. I did an interview online with a business analyst for about 1 hour. I didn't pass this interview, so I didn't know the process after that.
