Competency based questions, confidence, communication, results focus, etc. Make sure you use different situations for each question and make sure you are as thorough as possible. Make sure you use different companies in your past as well not just one company. If you're being asked follow up questions your not giving detailed enough answers.

The interview is multi step that starts with direct report but have to have other meetings with high up managers. Each are looking for their own qualifications. They are looking for leadership skills, communication skills, and organizational skills.
