I didn't have a phone screening. My first interview was a virtual business case with a bit of behavioral questions thrown in at the beginning. Two weeks later, I had a virtual super day that consisted of three back-to-back case, behavioral, case interviews. It lasted around 4.5 hours. The final case interview was the most difficult and timed carefully. Make sure you brush up on common business math problems and be ready to explain your answers thoroughly.
