Applied online and received an email from HR. Scheduled my first meeting with HR and was told they'd be in touch to schedule the next interview. No call or email back for weeks. I found another job before I heard back.

I was beyond qualified for the position but due to change in life i was very interested in the position. I think the hiring manager thought that i probably knew more than him about his job than himself. But i was ghosted after the first call. No follow up not even a terrible cookie cutter decline email. I applied via thier website. I was shocked as how passionate i am about this company.
