I had a phone interview scheduled for yesterday but it did not happen. I waited 20 minutes and the interviewer never called. No one called or e-mailed to postpone or reschedule.

The manager was disrespectful and very aggressive , luckily the manager above him like me and hired me but the process was easy took about a week for me to get started
