I had reached out to this company at my college career fair and the recruiter had offered me a phone interview on the spot. We scheduled the phone interview for about two weeks after the career fair. This was your typical phone screener/first round interview. They asked all the basic questions that you would normally get in a first round interview.

My interview process was similar to other reviews. I was paired with a recruiter who walked me through the process, which was so helpful and I felt so prepared for each step. It started with two calls with the recruiter before getting to talk with the team I would join. Then I had a final interview that presented me with an offer at the end. Very smooth and consistent experience!

You’re in contact with a recruiter the entire time who preps you for the interview. The recruiter will match you with a team that is hiring after passing the initial screening. The team specific interview is long, since it’s basically 3 people rotating in to interview you. However it’s fairly easy, a mix of technical, behavioral, and get to know you questions. Everyone was so personable and kind!
