Brief phone call with talent acquisition. Got invited for an in person interview for the next week. Interviewed with 5 different teams. Very welcoming and relaxed interviews. Basically just wanted to talk and get to know me and get a feel for my personality. Received an offer the next day.

They put me in a small conference room and one person came in at a time from each account (I was told I would meet with several groups not just one person). They all asked me the same questions and did not seem enthusiastic about the process. It seemed like they didn't know they were supposed to interview me until that day. None of them had ever laid eyes on my resume. Luckily I had brought many copies with me. They didn't allow me an opportunity to ask more questions and instead, at the end of the interview, stood up and showed me to the door. I had to pay for all of my travel expenses to and from NYC and their communication and clarity about how the process was to be conducted was extremely poor. They didn't get back to me until 3 weeks later. This was after a phone interview with their parent company.. a month before that.
